| 02.19.09 | Steve | I believe that this picture was taken at a go-cart track on Staten Island, New York called Staten Island Junior Motorsports Club. It was located on Forest Ave about 1/4 from The Goethals Bridge crossing. It was a small track, about 1/8 of a mile oval. It closed around 1975. The actual track and asphalt surface is still there, but it mostly all covered in weeds |
