The Sunday show brought out a few new faces...
Good to see Dan Biggs back again after a rough ride a few weeks back that began with a trip up and over a competitor's tire. Dan said, "Maybe I could have waited to try to make the pass, but I felt it was my best shot..." The end result was Dan going hard into the 1st turn wall, getting upside down, and then being struck by another car. As said earlier, good to see Dan back in action.
Sportsman driver Wayne Bechtel pulls the helmet off and the ear plugs out after running his heat race.
It was all business under the hood of Spider Ensigner Sr.'s #49
Kart racer, and now Outlaw Stock racer John Meyer looked strong in the feature event.
Modified driver Chris Grbac gets ready to head out for qualifying action.
Johnny McClelland had problems early behind the wheel of Andy Visinski's #214, but ended up with a good feature run.
Willie O and crew in victory lane was a very familiar site this year at New Egypt Speedway...
...and along with Willie's ability behind the wheel, the sticker on the hood might have something to do with it!
Frankie Herr made sure to make the long trip to New Egypt worth it!
