11.27.09 cobraccrn This is actually Jamie Mills in the Avenger 2.   Wally Peterson and Rick Grosso were partners in on this deal and ran one season with Jamie at EWS.  I think they got maybe 2 wins that year and after that Grosso split off to do his own deal and Wally continued on with Wade.  I know in 1997 is when Frank Cozze started with the Grosso R24 so I'm thinking this picture here was from 1996...
