| 08/23/03 | Jeff McClung | I think this is a Troyer chassis, and when he raced at Syracuse with it he added internal pannels almost like sail pannels to the roll cage, I believe this is one of the last Statewide #3s shortly after this they changed over to the S and H #85s. |
