I, Joe Friscia, took this photo as the cars entered the speedway. I can't be sure of the year but I know it was the mid to late seventies. Don Elliott was the driver of this immaculate creation. I am sure all visitors will agree, this is one fine looking car! |

| 06.29.12 | Donnie Elliott | It was 1973, The year before I was born! His cars had "and son" after his name when I came along. He had a saying "if it looks like shit and your in the back, you belonged there! If it looks good, you're having a bad night" I still use it today! Thanks for the pictures Donnie Elliott |

Always fielded great looking cars. I recall a mid 70's car of his, I think it was a Pinto, with his number of 49 painted over a pair of checkered flags. I thought that was a great looking scheme. |
