| 02/05/05 | Walter Onora | I remember this modified. Orginally, it was driven by Sonny Strupp and Lee Hendrickson, mainly at Nazareth. Tas drove it at Flemington. It was sold to Pat Wohlgemuth, who repainted and renumbered it his signature (the #168 light blue and white). I believe the original owners were Mesler towing. |
| 02/05/05 | PacFamily405 | Yes, Mesler's garage out of Morristown, NJ was the home for this car. I actually had the owners wife, who will be forever known as Mrs. Mesler for a class in 8th grade. |
| 04/15/06 | Larry Ferraiuolo | Yes, thats correct, Freddy Meslers car. His first driver was sonny Strupp. He came down our shop alot and I believe most of the ideas for this car was copied from our first coupe #73. |

| 09.01.16 | TheKidGriff | Yes, the car was owned by Mesler who owned an Amoco station
on Morris Street in Morristown.  Ridgedale Ave. would have T-boned into the
station.  And yes, the car was repainted white with the #39.  When Tasnady
retired Pat Wog, Sr. bought the car and it was renumbered #168.  The car was
fast and handled well, but unfortunately Pat wrecked it early on, I believe
on the back stretch at Flemington.  Perhaps his son John Wog could provide
more details and information.  That car is framed and to the left.  The
other picture is of Pat in the early 60's.  I do not know who took these
pictures, I acquired them from either Ace Lane, Jr. or Bruce Craig. |
