| 05.15.09 | Roger McCloughan | Joe, I was there that night. Tas had wrecked the older Piscopo #39 (with a light blue roof) earlier in the season, and this one became unbeatable. For a few weeks, Dick Havens tried to keep up and frequently led, but Tas was always able to get inside of him in the turns and pass him. What a combo! |
