That is Flemington around 1961.  The 111 in the back was driven by Bud Olsen.

I have a Plum Photo of the 111 that year as well that I got from Jean & Otto's Novelty stand when I was a kid.  One year at Langhorne, Bud drove a second Harold Cope Sedan and came from deep in the field to finished second or third.
