| 03/03/03 | Jim Brewer | This is the car that Irv Taylor from Cresent, NY campaigned during the 1964 season at Fonda and Victoria Seedways. Irv won a single Fonda feature in 1964 (Aug 8 - - 25 lapper). Irv raced primarily at Fonda. He didn't always have the best cars but occasionally he got rides in some pretty famous equipment including the Steve Danish #61, Henry Caputo's #111, and Pete Corey's #1 (team car to the #3 in 1967), as well as the AC Caprara #37 in which Corey lost his leg. |
| 03/09/03 | Jim Brewer | I dug up some more on this car - - It was owned by Dick Munroe - - hence the name on the roof. Irv Taylor drove it to a single Fonda victory on August 12, 1964. Taylor won a total of 10 Fonda features with a total of nine different owners. |
