| 12/23/05 | 3-Wide | Russ, Thanks for sharing this picture. Bob has been a great
friend to the Vault as well and his work displayed in this photo shows his dedication to
the sport. A year of so ago, Bob gave me a beautiful model of the #A2 sedan driven by Bob Pickell. It was beautiful.... So beautiful in fact that we took it to the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club banquet last year when Bob was being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Well, when Bob Pickell seen it, we both knew that it really belonged with him! I also have to give credit to Bob for being the guy to finally teach me the difference between a 36 Chevy and a 37 Chevy... and Ford... and Dodge/Plymouth... you get the idea. It's guys like you Russ, and Bob Burd that class the joint up... Thanks for your support of the Vault. |
