Comment: Early picture of the Weikert Livestock #29. Not
sure if this is the car as originally the first time out or not...
If you look close, the blue stripe on the top of the right side door doesn't
line up with the blue stripe on the 1/4 panel, so maybe the door had already
been replaced? Also, this great Mike Shaub photo is the first one that
made me notice how the nosepiece on the front of this car looked a little
like a 60's Indy car. I am pretty sure that this nosepiece was only on
the orignal car and was later replaced with a piece that did not have the
front drop down opening. Thanks for providing this great picture Mike Shaub. |
