| Comments: | Comment from Fred: Ray Liss dropped back from Modified competition to the Sportsman ranks and immediately became a weekly threat…not only at Flemington, but at East Windsor also. An active member of the Flemington Speedway Historical Society…I have gotten to know Ray very well and Ray is a very personable and generous man. In fact, I asked him at one time…if he ever thought of getting rid of his trademark black hat…I would love to have it for a momento for inclusion in my racing themed bar room. It now resides there in a place of honor. |
