Senior Moment From Ed Duncan: Old Enough For Old Bridge You start the process of getting
old the day you are born! Unfortunately, the rate of aging seams to increase
as your years go by. Regardless of the discomfort and problems that can
often accompany this process, looking at photos like the Bob Farlee shot
attached, makes the acceptance of the reality of time gone by, well
worthwhile. |

10.17.09 | Tom Berry | Ed - I remember watching these cars run, some of my favorite memories. I don't remember the #1 that Bob Boudinot is running, do y0u know who the owner was? I remember Bob running his own 3 and the Gripaldi 880. |
10.17.09 | Ed Duncan | The 1 car was an old 88o car. |
10.19.09 | George Pavlisko | Johnny Rocco drove fro my dad back in the Dexter Park days. Drove in the Non-Ford division. How many remember that? Thanks for the photo and memories. Old bridge was the track we went to when we moved to New Brunswick from Jersey City in 1954. |
10.22.09 | George Perkins | Boy, another great shot. Talk about going back in time. '58 was the first year I went to the races...of course, at Old Bridge. So many memories of that place. I'm wondering about the date though. The trees are bare of leaves and the fans are kinda bundled up. |
10.22.09 | Rob Johnson | Just an observation, do the fans in the stands look a little overdressed for August but a great shot anyway. |
10.23.09 | Ed Duncan | You guys are good. I wondered when someone would pick-up on that. George that picture was taken in April 1958. |
11.06.09 | Ed Duncan | The Blue and White car on the right with just the rear showing is the # 5 driven by Bill Chevalier |
03.05.11 | Ed Duncan | Great pic. |
