| Comments: | Comment from Brian: Doug Wolfgang at speed in the 8d sprinter during the 1988 World of Outlaws show at Flemington. Wolfgang set a new track record in qualifying laps....I believe it was 15.1 seconds around the square. There is a video on YouTube of Wolfgang running his qualifying laps. I saw them in person. Awesome is insufficient to describe those two laps. |
