01.03.21 Tom Gray

I grew up down the road from Skip and he was always tinkering on street hot rods, drag cars and stock cars. He introduced me to model building and as a youngster he took me to the drag races at Great Meadows in north Jersey. This mini stock would be the very first race car I drove albeit only through the yard at Skip's house just on the south side of Flemington on Route 202. He was my first racing hero and for letting me get behind the wheel as a boy he will always be high on the list.

01.21.21 Tom Cregge I sold my #66 modified mini stock to Skip later on. He renumbered it #2 and I believe I saw a video of it getting destroyed in turn 1at Flemington. That car and I never had good luck at that track. I believe he was ok after the wreck . It was a well built car. Btw for you mini stockers this is Tom Cregge.
