It does look like Pop Brightbill, but it could also be Kenny’s brother (can’t remember his name right now). From behind, he always reminded me of Pop. |

I just showed the photo to Dennis Brightbill (Freddy’s brother). He said that it could be Pop, but really thinks also that it is Harry. Harry was the second oldest of the brothers and did dress like pop with the suspenders. |
