| 01/18/07 | Mrnconway8 | I spent many of nights with my dad in the chicken coupe behind Jack's
house where they worked on their cars. This picture brought back a lot of memories.
One was the two going through a pile of tires must have been 50 or 75 looking for 3
that would last the whole race. Herman Versnell drove my dad's #5 coupe. I don't have any pictures of it. If any one does please post them I would like to see it again. |
| 03.12.12 | John | Hello I purchased this car and have some questions about it. From what year(s) did this car compete in and where other than Wall Stadium? What is the make and year of the body? What was the engine and transmission that was in it? Mounts look to be small block Chevy. Anyone know or remember? Rules of that time? Are any of the Cains' around anymore?
