01.09.16 Dean Sulpy Yes it is Joe Sulpy III. I am Dean Sulpy and also raced green 13's. Joe and I are first cousins. I had dinner with Joe last night and came home and saw this photo. The car had a sprint car front end and the body was a 1940 Dodge. There is really great scroll and a tiling or almost like scales art work on the car that is not seen in a photo. We have other photos of Joe’s cars and will someday post them. 07.02.17 Dean Sulpy This is Joe Sulpy III (not Sulphy) who is my first cousin. I am Dean Sulpy and also race s green 13’s.
