Comment:  Pretty sure this is Joe Sulpy.  Joe is the fellow who did the magnificent paint work on the #80 Inzeo sedan vintage car, owned by Jerry Wildrick.

01.09.16 Dean Sulpy Yes it is Joe Sulpy III.   I am Dean Sulpy and also raced green 13's. Joe and I are first cousins.  I had dinner with Joe last night and came home and saw this photo.  The car had a sprint car front end and the body was a 1940 Dodge. There is really great scroll and a tiling or almost like scales art work on the car that is not seen in a photo.  We have other photos of Joe’s cars and will someday post them.
