Cloudy... But COMFORTABLE!
... a day to see friends...
...and a day to remember...
9/11 Tribute Corvette
Plenty of flags to be seen on this day
Early midget/TQ racer
Inside Ray Liss' #10.... (Check out the ratchets on the right and on the left for adjusting the rear height...)
An original Craig Von Dohren #126 ride from the 80's
....a real Grant King car...
...and a real Weld car
Inside the #74
We had the #292 out of the barn thanks to Kevin Eyre's flatbed - Thanks Kevin
Early midget... (I'm talking about the car, not Kevin...)
....check out that front suspension
Something for everyone... Here's a car that runs on the Bonneville Salt Flats
The Ferrante #X3 on the original ramp truck
...Still looks like it would be fast. Car was driven for many years by the late Jim Hendrickson.
Good to see Flemington racer Dirk Adriannse taking in the show. Dirk drove the #44, #$, etc in the 80's and the final year on dirt at Flemington.
The classic of classics.
Something a little different - Mercury Comet
... Bad Azz Vette
...not too many 2 door Caprices left...
I'm told its a Henderson???
...yup, you're not seeing things... There's six of 'em.
... and it looks like along with steering and controlling the throttle, you need to have another hand for shifting... Really cool.
