Comments: Comment from Terry:   The above photo was taken by myself after the Langhorne open  in 1969. Most of the drivers were all standing by their cars and were gracious enough to be available to the fans until everyone went home.

02.23.10 DJ Pennett There's just something about the "tone" of these old pictures. I'm not sure if that's exactly the right word, but it's what first came to mind. The color that the late day sun puts on the photo, the clothes, the kid with the Styrofoam cup looking in the car all add to that tone. I only had a chance to go to Langhorne once, but this could be any track, after any race, on any late Saturday afternoon.
