Comments: "He's Alright!"   Amazingly, after about 10 seconds of fearing the worse, Vinnie Green emerged from what was left of the #44, with arms raised, much to the relieve of everyone that was there to witness one of the worse crashes in the history of Wall Stadium.

The crash occurred as the car headed down the backstretch, just before the entry point of turn 3.  The car was turned to the outside (to the right) as it entered turn the corner and instead of bouncing off the fence, it punched through the wooden fence, causing the car to split apart, ripping everything away, from the firewall forward (including the engine which can be seen in the upper right of the top photo.)

From what I hear, Vinnie received a sprained toe... and returned to race again!
