Comments: Comment from Joe S.:  Here is a picture of Don Werkeiser (Uncle Don to me, my mom's cousin) in the #84 Frank Graver Car.  This picture must be from the late 70's as I purchased it from the the track souvenir stand on one of the many memorable nights at Dorney Park.  Don, prior to driving the "Graver" cars, fielded his own white #43 in the early 70's, which started my love of racing to this day.

Don was a mechanic at Bethlehem suburban ford  back in like 1974/75 when I worked there.

I was a 2 nd shift truck mechanic my cousin Louie HAGADUS  got me the job when I first graduated out of high school Louie also raced at dorney back in the 60's don worked day shift in the bay right next to the truck bays I got to know him pretty good the last time I seen him was in 2003 at his house/garage down in center valley he was sitting in his favorite chair smokin his pipe relaxed in retirement right next to a perfect 37 ford flatback black a real beauty for sure his baby I presumed anyway  don is good people!! There used to be a mechanic that worked next to don his name was pike he used to tease the hell out of Donnie if was comical don took in stride!!!  Didn't let it bother him Again the good old days.
