He is the most successful of his many race car driving contemporaries from Miami, Florida. Just think about how many wins and championships here in the Northeast were taken by Native Floridians. |

This was at a special 50 lapper on a Wednesday night in August 1965 to benefit the Farmingdale First Aid. The Trenton 200 for Nascar Modifieds was rained out on Sunday and Allison stayed up North until the race was run on the following Sunday and decided to run this race at Wall. The race was won by Joe Kelly in the Dick Barney #14. Kelly lapped everyone twice and if I recall it was only a 50 lap race |
