Comments: | Comment from Russ: Looking back, if you went to a speedway that had an ambulance with it's name lettered on it, you got the feeling" this is a first class operation!" This wreck of the F86 was driver Ace Colin, at least that's what I've figured out at this point. I do think however, the Pleasantville bumper sticker does distract from the impression of "top notch" care. It would be a crime not to mention the 3 Star shirt in the picture. The 3 Star car, from the 3 Star Garage, was a strong runner with Mel Holloway, Elmer Auer and Ed Himmelsbach driving. Someone told me the Pleasantville ambulance was an "Old" Cadillac! |
