from Lester: Here's a picture of Charlie Eckert I took at Big Diamond
in 1990 in the Lynn and Ed Hess Express Olsen #22. This car not only looked fast, it was
fast. Even though Charlie never got it to victory lane he had many great runs with
it . Nobody got more out of a car then Charlie. I had the honor of being on Charlie's crew when he drove the Burns&Yost Racing #147 . Charlie was a true racer always there to win. But win or lose Charlie always had time for the fans. One of the Pa Tri-Track Greatest of all time. Thank You, Lester Potts |
