For those who were a little too young to see Jackie McLaughin run...
or maybe even too young to watch Tas during his heyday... Or maybe a
little too old to watch what Billy has done and continues to do... There's
quite a few of us that you'd have a hard time convincing that it couldn't get any better than watching Stan
"The Man" Ploski on a Saturday Night, making a circle out of a square in
Flemington, NJ.! I'm not sure of the year of the photo above, but its Stan, where he'd been so many times before... this time behind the wheel of the Trenton Mack #74. |

I started going to Flemington in 1982. Stan was always one of the most popular racers at the time. I instantly enjoyed watching him race and I had a t-shirt with this car on it. thinking this is from 85? |
