| Comments: | Tom in his trademark #77 above raced at East Windsor,
Nazareth and Bridgeport during his racing career. The car above is the former black
#14 that was wheeled by the late Bob Torecky. Back in the day, Tom crewed on the Rick Thum #12 Modified team along with others before one day taking the wheel himself. More recently, he was spotted wheeling an SS Sprinter around New Egypt Speedway! (Whenever we ask for favors around here, Tom is one of the first to volunteer his efforts.... A while back, we were looking for a trailer to help Ray Neary get his #1 Wally Marks vintage car down to Bridgeport to take a few laps since Ray's primary trailer was taken up with his other vintage car (Piscopo #39). Tom not only contacted us to let us know he had a trailer available, but volunteered to pick up the car and take it to Bridgeport too! |
