01/14/04 Paul Garzillo Ahh, the famous "over the hill gang Sidewinder"--this car made a huge splash at its Flemington debut [the stands were buzzing the first time out] because of the radical offset.  The car was always fast, but I seem to remember the Horton Sr. crew stating that it didn't work the way they had hoped. Photo is probably after 1980.  If you added the wide panel to the right side also, you would basically have today's car. Thanks Kevin, I've been looking for a good shot of this awesome ride for awhile.
01/15/04 Bob Hoffman The driver of the 75c is Richie Cass. Charlie drove Richie's sportsman car also numbered 75c in the sportsman division at East Windsor and Bridgeport. This car was run in the modified division. Charlie bought this car from Dick Tobias. The car had a Gremlin body on it when Charlie bought it from Tobias. 02/12/05 Bob G This Jim Horton #33 dubbed the controversial Cadillac by Joe Connelly was deemed illegal at EWS and after being changed to a more conventional figuration was guided to a couple feature wins by the Beav at EWS.
02/13/06 Kevin Mc I think cass eventually flipped that 75 and really wrinkled the roof at ews.  Think that was during one of those late season sunday afternoon shows.
