Comments: Comment:  Here's one of the last coupes to roam the square... and from what I understand, this one "roamed" pretty quickly!  I remember a couple of drivers wheeling the #721 but will need your help on who that is behind the wheel in this Frank Miller provided image above.

Actually, this is Billy in 1980, the first year of the car.  Danny did drive it in 1981, but the car then had black fogging in the red, and Danny had orange backed gloves.  Refer to the picture on page 18 of the 80’s.  Bob Ringen never drove this car.

06.06.14 3-Wide I must have my stories messed up because I thought I remembered talking to Bob about this car - Whatever happened to this particular car?  Was it sold as it appears above, or did it get parted out?  It's was a really great looking car.

Bob R was another local Hillsborough guy, stopped over the garage a few times and talked, but didn’t drive the car.  He built a pretty nice looking Mustang of his own.  We moved to upstate NY, put a newer/larger Cavalier body on it, raced off and on 1, maybe 2 more years (it was a long time ago) with a couple of different drivers at Albany-Saratoga, Lebanon Valley, and Fonda, but things just never really clicked.  We gave it up after blowing the engine on the long straights of Lebanon Valley.  The car was sold with the Cavalier body, and I don’t know what happened after that.  The old coupe body (roof and trunk) is still in my brother’s back yard, and the aluminum sides may be up in the garage beams.
