Tom Hart 

Year 1983 - The red car in background is the 3JR of '83 rookie champ Fred Loesch. That's Fred in white firesuit standing behind the car. This car was was a former Mike Jablonski car. Fred sold the car to Dave Witte, who also won a Flemington rookie championship with it.
