Comments: Cool looking sportsman driven by Paul Ielmini...   Paul was a real hard charger who spent a lot of the time up on the high side, right up against the boards - Fun to watch.

As you can see, Paul had some special fabrication on the back of the car to make room for "an extra large fuel tank needed for Syracuse.." (wink wink...)  Not sure if he ever ran Syracuse, and from what I hear, not sure if he ever had an extra big tank either, but the downforce from the sheet metal probably helped to keep the rear wheels planted.  Car was one of the first sportsman to consider not just getting through the air, but using the air as an advantage.
