07/27/03 | John Mc | Pretty sure it's Chip Slocum |
07/28/03 | Todd J | When did Steve Makocy drive the 27kc? I'd argue and say that is 1989! Having a front bumper looking like that is a good thing... As long as the back bumper doesn't look the same! |
07/28/03 | Mark Yaple | Steve Makocy also ran the Burkett 27 for a short time before the sail panel era at EWS. |
07/28/03 | Joe Gorski | Joe, I'm pretty sure the driver in this shot was Steve Makocy. I'm sure Todd L. can verify this. |
08/03/03 | Todd L | Yup, its Steve Makocy. The year is 1989. This car was driven at EWS by 4 or 5 different drivers. Todd L |
08/03/03 | Todd L | Steve Makocy, Joe Zuczek, Don Manning and
Chip Slocum all shared the seat of the 27KC in 1989 All of the drivers listed ran
for Bob Burket at EWS with Slocum also getting the nod at Flemington for the Pepsi Small
Block shows. Joe Zuczek ran this entry at Flemington with the Sportsman cars. Don Manning
did steer the car at Flemington once and got lapped by a box turtle. This body was patterned after a Dodge Daytona |
12/24/05 | Nandi (Palmco) | This car was 'cut and stretched'
and is now the "A" Team 2 seater seen at local race NJ race tracks lately. Nandi from Palmco. |
