Comments: Comment from Hertica:  This was the top six fastest on the first day of qualifying for Super Dirt Week #III, 1974. They must have been lined up in front of the grandstand for some sort of fanfare, after time trials. Pictured above are first, Osmun #3, second, Dick Tobias #1 and third, Brightbill#19.  Other qualifiers on that day were fourth, Tommy Corellis#50, fifth Merv Treichler#58, and sixth, Will Cagle#24.
