Comments: Great looking coupe with Whip Mulligan standing alongside....  Not sure of the track, but if you look in the upper right, it looks like Ray Hendrick in the #11 going by.  I also see the back of a 70's Challenger up there too which might have been a pace car for whichever speedway this photo is from.

This picture was taken at Shangri-La Speedway in Owego NY, and was likely taken by track photographer Fred Smith.

Thanks, Brian for the info on the track. I thought it looked like a Fred Smith photo. Looks like his style, but at the same time anyone with a camera could just walk up and ask Whip to stand by the car and you would get the same result. I'd say it's a Fred photo. I see Frank Smith is listed as the possible photographer.
