Bill was a very strong runner in a car to me that just screamed
"Flemington"... What I mean by that is since I spent most of my time
split between East Windsor and Flemington... There were many cars that
ran at both tracks, but the ones that only ran at Flemington really stood
out to me as "Flemington Cars"... For some reason, this car was
definitely in that category for me. I remember Bill behind the wheel of a few other cars such as the Wally Marks #1 and the #R10, but to me, this is the car that first comes to mind when I think "Bill Beasley". I don't remember the side pods on the car, so I'm thinking that this might have been a one shot deal for this particular look.... |
