Comments: Here's Jimmy Maguire in a former Ken Brenn Sr. owned coupe.  Not sure if this was the "Olsen" or if this was the "Trevis", but I'm sure you guys will let us know.  Also, I'm curious if this car was first driven by Stan Ploski as a modified #24, and then possibly by Ken Brenn Jr. as a sportsman #24... and then I'm wondering who ended up with it..  Possibly Bruno Cranston #88... or maybe the Tony K #11 driven by Lee McBride???

01.21.10 Brian C. Loutrel This was a Trevis chassis car driven as a modified by Stan Ploski in 1972 and as a sportsman by Ken Brenn Jr. in 1973. Jimmy Maguire campaigned the car in 1974. I'm not sure where it went from there. The K-11 driven by Lee McBride was the 1973 Trevis car that Stan drove in 1973 and Brenn drove in 1974. McBride drove the car in 1975 with a coupe body and I believe a Pinto body was ultimately put on it.
01.21.10 3Wide I'm wondering if that Pinto that you are talking about was later driven by Carmen Scarpati and by Al Michalchuk a handful of times in 1978?
01.21.10 Scott Ely I don't think this was a Olsen creation. The "Olsen" had a longer tail than this car. I believe this former Brenn coupe was a Tony K # 11 as well as a Bruno Cranston # 1.
02.10.10 Walter Onora I remember Jimmy driving this particular mount for a brief time. First in the small block division and then the modifieds as well. This might be the first Brenn modified, driven by Stan Ploski and Ken Brenn Jr. (in the rookie division)
02.14.10 Doug Cranstoun I bought this car from Jimmy Maguire and ran modifieds with a big block ford.....
02.24.10 Tom McDonough This is not the same car Lee McBride Drove as#11. That coupe that Lee Drove in 1977 (PAINTED WHITE AT THE BEGINNING AND THEN RED THE REST OF THE SEASON) was bought directly from the Brenn's by Curve Miller (IN THE WINTER OF 1977) a good friend of Lee and Tony K.  Tony did not have any ownership in this car but took care of it and worked on it like it was his own.  1977 was Lee's last year driving that car, and in 1978 The car was driven by Carmen Scarpati and Al Michalchuk as #11 with a red Pinto body.
02.24.10 3Wide I might have asked before Tom, but any idea what happened to it after Carmen and Al drove it?
02.25.10 Tom McDonough We did talk about this in 2008.  At the end of the 1978 season, the owner of the 11 Curve Miller hooked up with Rick Holden.  Rick drove that car at the end of the season to see what parts were usable for a new Tobias frame for the 79 season.  I remember the rear and power steering were used don't remember if any thing else was used but I know the frame with the pinto body was scrapped after the 78 season and the original coupe body was scrapped after the 77 season.  It was pretty banged up at the end of the 77 season as you can see in e06.01.08_011_McB_0070_1.  Also I am 99.9% sure that e05.10.08_024_BRE_EWS_0070_1 is the same car.
