Comments: One of the most talked about cars from the 70's is this beautiful Lou Inzeo owned #80 driven by Bob Pickell.  As you can see, the car had a great shape, was lettered very professionally, and had an unbelievable color scheme of kinda like a copper, with a little burnt orange and gold accent.  Don't know whatever became of this beauty...

12/14/03 Walter Pickell Great job on finding a colored shot of the   #80, also a Great job by Kerry for having one available.  WOW, all I can do is just stare at that color scheme on that car!  HHMMM,  maybe a bit before its time?  Also the view of the back with that oval shaped window was awsome.  Maybe someone could come up with a replica of this great looking ride.
12/17/03 Scott Pacich I'll be talking to Lou Inzeo soon. I'll find out what happened to the car.
12/17/03 3-Wide Make sure that you let him know that almost 30 years later and we're still talking about it!
12/17/03 Jeff McClung This was my all time favorite Sedan style modified, the paint job was awesome, and the way the body was mounted just right, and of course those injector sacks sticking out of the hood made this one awesome modified!
01/09/04 John Mc (Anyone) remember Howie Cronce & Rick Thum driving this car?  This one pictured is actually the 2nd version, the body possibly left over from the 1st car. Thx, JMc
01/12/04 Ricky Rutt This is the Nazareth 1/2 mile.
01/14/04 Scott Pacich John is right. This is the second version of the car. The first was stock framed, this one has a tube frame.   I just scanned in a bunch of pictures that Lou sent me. As soon as I get them to a manageable size I'll send them along.
01/14/04 3-Wide Scott - Please let Lou know what a favorite of the Vault this car is!  As you can see by the posts, people remember this car and really appreciated the effort that was put into it to make it so memorable.  (Please keep in mind that I am able to review site statistics and sometimes for for every comment that's left, there may have been another 100 visitors to the page who probably liked what they saw, but just didn't want to leave it in print... As it turns out, this is a well "visited" page!
12/16/05 Rich Imlay In 1972 I was in college in NY. Fonda was closest track. They ran a mid week 100 lapper and to my delight this Inzeo coach was there with Stan Ploski behind the wheel.  Stan came from deep in the pack to take a top 5 that night-beating many Fonda regulars
02/24/06 Gerald Wambold The name of the race track is Nazareth speedway
05.04.09 Lfviking I HELPED BUILD THE ORIGINAL CAR AND REMEMBER HOWIE DRIVING ONE NIGHT DOWN IN FLEMINGTON. LOU ASKED HOWIE IF HE HAD HIS GEAR ALONG. WHEN SAID YES LOU OFFERED HIM A RIDE FOR THE NIGHT. AFTER A HOT LAP SESSION HOWIE CAME IN AND SAID IT HANDLED LIKE A CADILLAC.
12.02.10 Dave Frazer Not sure if it was this car, but in the early 70's I say Bob flip a #80 coach in the 4th turn at Lebanon Valley.
05.16.12 Chris Daigle Looks Naz speedway
