Provider's comments: Alway's on the list of beatiful cars, whether Coach or Sedan, has to be anything #21 painted silver, whether driven by Oliver Butler, Ray Neary (big favorite of mine), or even Joe Hall!   I am not sure of the spelling but the Fred Menschner owned coupes always had the tail way up high and the nose way down low (the way it should be!)

12/24/02 Fred Menschner Great photo...I built that car in the winter of 1972 in a small garage in Morrisville,Pa...Ray Neary and myself had been partners since 1965 and with the help of Wally Marks, found some success at the local race tracks.  Ray Neary wanted to start his own business so I went on my own.  Built this car and hired Oliver Butler to drive...This car was built with a 427+.030 = 432cui engine on alcohol with Hilborne fuel Injection. This was the first car I built with power steering.  This car was light - only weighed 2300lbs. The body was a 36 Chevy three window coupe, which is a story all by itself.  Ray Neary and I bought one of Dave Piscopes 39's that Tas drove in the big races.   Dave bought the car from South Jersey where it was originally built for Jackie McLaughlin with the race car number of 327.  Dave Piscope changed the car over to his spec's - cut the two side windows that made it a five window coupe and used it for long tracks. The car, (#39 when Ray and I bought it), was very heavy, but we ran it for one season.  I used this body for four 21's, (three for Neary and one for Butler).  Thanks Fred Menschner,Owner of the "21" cars.
