| Comments: | I don't think I ever saw Mike run, but I do remember him in a #27 or #27X with the numbers written the same way with the white and black outline as they are on the #3A on this neat looking coupe. |

| 07/17/06 | George Weissgerber | I was a member of Mike's pit crew from 1974
until he retired in the early 80's. This modified was owned by Phil Bidden, and Mike drove
it at Nazareth, and East Windsor. He did manage a heat win at Nazareth, but not a feature. The color scheme was the same as his sportsman that he ran, but not numbered 27x. Mike's colors were always orange and black, with white numbers edged in black trim (except one year his car was yellow with black numbers and #72). He always had black rims with silver edges (I painted them a few times). |
