| Comments: | Everybody has their favorite. This is mine. Al was one of those guys who built his cars out of whatever he could find and then proceeded to drive it like he stole it! All I can say is that for those of you that were there way back when, you know what I'm talking about! If I can remember right, this picture was taken a week or 2 after he totally destroyed this thing at Flemington between 3 & 4. The car was so badly wrecked that he intially couldn't get out of the car... and then he took his helmet off, and being only about 135lbs, was able to sliver out through the somewhat crushed side window! |
