05.09.09 Joe Cryan I think this may be the Allentown pa Fairgrounds, by the looks of the fence in the background.........
05.14.09 Glenn Ehrhardt This is, Lucky Jordan's Deuce, a few drivers drove this car, Bob Pickell and Jackie McLaughlin. The "Millers Bros Garage" push truck makes me believe it is Allentown.
05.18.09 Rob Renninger It is most definitely the Allentown Fairgrounds Speedway. In looking at the green trees in the background of the third turn I believe the race was the day race that was run during the Allentown Fair week in 1964. If so Jackie McLaughlin and Frankie Schneider went toe to toe in the feature that day with Jackie winning.

This particular version of the Jordan duce had fluorescent flames which was added after Jackie McLaughlin left to drive Olsen's 83. When Jackie ran the duce the car had dark red flames and the car did not have the "squashed" look with the body tilting down slightly at the firewall.

I also believe this was the same car Bobby Pickell was driving that fateful night at Nazareth in 1964 when Jackie McLaughlin had his accident. For those of you that do not know about that night at Nazareth the duce was the car Jackie's 83 landed on after climbing the second turn bank.
