Comments: I remember Horace running in the early 70's at Flemington.   I really didn't start going there until around 1970, but I read where Horace was the 1966 and 1969 Sportsman Champion.

Horace recently emailed us to tell us that he enjoyed the site.  He also mentioned the night "He" ran the Powder Puff race at East Windsor Speedway: 

"I dressed up as a woman one night at East Windsor and run the powder puff and just barely beat out Billy's mom Anna May - then she yanked the helmet off my head because she knew that no other woman ever beat her in those races."

02/06/05 Mark Yaple This was one of the few cars of the time to be powered by a MoPar engine.
