Comments: Comment from Brian:  This is the second car my dad, Jim Keiper built, the first being the 422 which is posted. This is also in the 60's, at Flemington. does any one know the other drivers pictured. I own the pic. The third car dad built was the yellow 83 coupe, which is already posted. I believe track photographer took this pic. This car was gold and white.

Interesting photo of what racing once was. Each car is very different, the first car has almost full front fenders, fins and a stock rear bumper. The second car has a heavily modified front fender and a window screen sticking out the front. I like the long exhaust on the side of the car. The third car has no fenders on the front at all.

The drive in the number 7H is waving to the fans. He is wearing a glove and Short sleeve shirt. The first driver is also wearing a T-shirt. Now a days with the safety in mind these images are a thing of the past. Some thing is missing in auto racing today with all the same style race cars and safety equipment. If only we had a time machine to go back and view these events live in person.

Believe that is Larry Hunt.

The driver of the 7h is Larry Hunt. He was my brother in-law.
