GREAT PHOTO FROM KEN...ROOSEVELT STADIUM WAS FIRST RACE TRACK I WENT TO WITH MY DAD IN FIFTIES..
BY THE WAY THAT LETTERING IS TOP SHELF.   REMEMBER ASKING BUD OLSEN WHO THE BEST DRIVER HE HAD SEEN WAS...  HE ANSWERED, "WALLY CAMPBELL."

Remember watching these races on T V very fuzzy back then. Wally was the man back then. Only saw him race once that was at Wall.

01.15.14 Bob H Was in Wally 's pit crew in Langhorne when the big accident happened.  Went to  several races with Wally and others of his pit crew and on more than 1 occasion came home from the race in his race car being towed behind another vehicle.  Was with him at Belmar, Dover N.J. and Langhorne. Did not go to other race tracks as I was still in high school or had just graduated.
01.15.14 3Wide Thank for the info Bob.  Was Belmar "Wall Stadium?"
