Comments:	Comment from Jim Silvius: Dick Tobias car #17 coming into Nazareth in July 1959. From what my dad has told me "Toby" had won a lot of feature wins (maybe 12 not sure) with this car in 59'. In 1960 they changed the rules and they had to add a hood, And front fender's to this car because it looked too much like one of those Central, Pa. bugs. We do have a picture of this car from 1960 but it is in really bad shape. Dad had Dick Tobias autograph the back of this photo.

04.17.12	Lee Taylor	I saw this car run at Nazareth. At first I thought it was way too high & top heavy. Looked like he had almost stock tires and only one carb. I was shocked when he beat all the Modified cars that day. I believe there was another bug running that day also maybe Felty.
